I've set up this page to showcase a bunch of movies, Albums, books, video games, TV Shows Musical and theater that i love and that I hope you'll love too. If you want to discus any of them or if you want to suggest something you'll think I'll like please contact me !

Video Game

Abzu

This game is more of a feel than anything. It's relaxing and beautifull. It's very short and worth every second.

Zelda Breath of the wild / Tears of the Kingdom

Probably the best game ever made. They're wonderfully executed. As a player I like exploration, freedom and beautifull environement and that's exactly what these games provide. Obviously I can't pick a favorite.

A short Hike

A short chill game about climbing a mountain. It all feel like a vacation, it's playfull and simple and make you feel good. It's also very pretty. Play it !

Minecraft

Definetely by far my most played game ever. I started in 2009 ! There's just something about minecraft that keep drawing me in. I'd also like to shoot out my favorite Mod: Create. It had automation in a very stylish and compeling way.

We are OFK

We are OFK is a narrative music game about a group of friend in california forming a music band. It touch theme of queerness and aimlessness and I really connected with it. The character of Luca in particular feel very special to me.

Lil Gator Game

So this game is a Breath of the Wild pastich. You play as a lil gator who's a "Zelda" fan and try to set up a similar game for his sister. It parody / imitate many of Zelda feature but in a childish small scale way.

Naiad

Another beautifull game that's all about the vibe. The soundtrack is very underated !

Katamari Damacy

Katamari is simple, fun, weird and absurd. It's the perfect indiegame from before indiegame were a thing.

The Frog Detective

The Frog detective serie is all about the titular Frog Detective the second best detective in the world. It's perfectly executed absurdist comedy.

Sword of the sea

Sword of the sea is kind of a follow up to Abzu and Giant Squid other game The Pathless. It has the same vibe as those game but this time with a surfing mechanism. I had a really good time once again.

Nuclear Throne

I've been a huge Fan of Vlambeer since I discovered them. Nuclear throne is the perfect rogue like shooter. The variety of level, weapon and enemy keep creating new interesting challenge and way to play. I like playing a few run every once in a while.

Ynglet

Ynglet is a plateformer i guess ? But it's abstract and floating. I'm not sure how to describe it ? It's very original and full of good idea. And the art direction is perfect too. Play it with a gamepad and headphone !

Thomas was alone

When I played Thomas was Alone in 2012 it expanded my understanding of what game could be. It's a bunch of simple tric but it's a reminder that execution is key. Also Claire will forever be one of my favorite character of all time !

Caravan SandWitch

This is a game about exploring a planet inspired by Provence. (The french region). By now you should know how much I love exploration game.

Mu Cartographer

Mu Cartographer is an Abstract Archeology game. You have a bunch of Gadget and you have to figure out how they work. This is an underated gem that really elevate the medium of video game.

Johan Sebastian Joust

JS Joust is a multiplayer game played with PS Move and no screen. You need to shake your opponent controller while keeping yours steady, in rythm with the music. Joust to me represent the indie community that i love. It's playfull and so original. Setting up a game is kinda complicated as it required a computer, a few PSMove and as many friends as possible but I'm very happy that i was able to set up a version of it for my wedding.

Outer Wilds

Honestly it took me a while to get into outer wilds. I tried it a few time and never got past the first hour or so. But then I decided to force myself and I'm very glad I did. The game won many award and they are very well deserved. Please play it and dont give up if the first hours doesn't captivate you right away ! It's worth it.

Portal 2

I think my favorite thing about portal 2 is the humors. The game is just full of jokes and cult line. And the puzzle are great too! I've replayed the story so many time.

Moeras

Sokpop is a dutch game collective making tinys game. Moeras was one of the first one they released and likely one of my favorite. You're on a beach, with a bow and there might (or might not) be something. To me, the uncertainty is what make the game so good. It's like hunting a yeti. It's art.

Cloud Gardens

Cloud Garden is about planting seed and watching plant grow. The art style (a mix of low poly and pixel art) and procedural plants is the main reason I love this game.

Mixolumia

Mixolumia is a tiny brick falling game. The gameplay itself is very simple (probably simpler than tetris) but the gamefeel is so good. It's a very flowy game a la Tetris Effect. It's a go to when i want to calm down and just relax.

Fishy

Another sokpop game and another favorite. In fishy you eat smaller fish to get bigger. Controlling the fish is very fun but the game is harder than it look.

A Normal lost phone

I discoverd the original Jam Version of A Normal Lost Phone around the time of my first coming out and that game sure influence the way I did it. I'm so glad this game exist. I especialy love the soundtrack (Turquoise is my Favorite Song of the game).

Rayman 3

Rayman 3 is the perfect 3D plateformer. It got good controls, great graphics and a whole lot of humor . I never finished it as a kid as I was too scared by the desert level. I wish they still made game like that today.

Black and White 2

Black and White is the perfect god game. I grew up playing a lot of SimCity 3000 so discovering Black and White 2 was a revelation. I love the way you use physic to influence the world. I love the city building aspect. This is also the game that made me realize that I could work in video game.

Good Job!

Good Job is a very chaotic couch coop. I love the freedom it give you to solve each level and that sometime the best solution is just to catapult a forlift through a wall.

Minish Cap

Minish Cap was my first console video game and therefor hold a special place in my heart. It's is, to me the structural essence of Zelda.

Sayonara Wild Hearts

A very cool and chill musical game. It kinda feel like a playable album ! And of course the songs are excellent !

Haven

Haven is a game about a couple running away to a deserted planet. It's full of daily narative scene that, to me, is the heart of the game.

Movies

Handsome Devil

Probably my favorite movie of all time. It's a queer coming of age story with amazing acting, cinematography and especialy, soundtrack. Please watch it.
